Thank you for shopping with Rolomate LLP. We strive to provide high-quality mattresses, pillows, and sleep products. Please read our Return Policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

Products can be returned within 7 to 14 days from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the product must be:
- Unused and in its original condition.
- Packed in the original packaging with all labels and tags intact.
- Accompanied by a valid invoice or proof of purchase.
Items showing signs of wear, stains, damage, odors, or alterations will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Used mattresses or pillows.
Customized or made-to-order products.
Products marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@rolomate.com within the return window.
Share your order number, proof of purchase, and product images (if applicable).
After approval, we will arrange pickup or provide return shipping instructions.

4. Inspection

All returned products will be inspected to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria. We will notify you regarding approval or rejection after inspection.

5. Refunds

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges, handling fees, and payment gateway fees are non-refundable.
If the item was purchased during a promotion, the refund will reflect the discounted price.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos or videos of the damage for verification.
Upon verification, we will arrange replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before shipment.
Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted; you must follow the return process.
