Standard delivery time is typically 3–10 business days from the date of dispatch.
Remote areas or peak season orders may take additional time. We will inform you in case of major delays.

Free shipping may be available during promotional periods or on eligible orders.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

4. Delivery & Inspection

Please inspect your order at the time of delivery.
If the packaging appears damaged, you may refuse delivery or inform the delivery agent and contact us immediately.
For any transit-related damages, notify us within 48 hours with photos/videos for verification.

5. Return Pickups

For approved returns, we will arrange pickup or share return shipping instructions.
Return shipping charges may apply, depending on the reason for return.

6. International Shipping

Currently, Rolomate LLP ships only within India.
